If this does get traction, one can imagine opening up a whole marketplace of endpoints that can expose all kinds of interesting Ixoth functionality. What I'm really looking forward to is when Apple opens up API support for Suri. Suri with a whole ecosystem of apps would be mind blowing.

exactly, as with the AppStore in 2.0, Siri will really get off when 3rd party support is finally there
