Haiku has a similar approach too. Though here they're taking it a little step further. Was more impressed with the USB unplug/replug thing and the "live update" on renaming files. Pretty cool.

I really think tabbing should be the job of the DE, I hate having different shortcuts for switching windows and switching tabs.
